We meet twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month, doors open at 6.00pm. A professional or members demonstration takes place on the 2nd Thursday and runs from 7.00 - 10.00 pm. On the 4th Thursday (6.00 - 9.00 pm) we run a Hands On session with our lathes, where members can get to try out new techniques under the watchful eye of our more experienced turners and chat to members to find out more about the club. Elston Sawmills (email stevenwright@elstonsawmills.freeserve.co.uk) visits us on every alternate demonstration evening from February with a great range of wood for sale, see Programme for dates. Prospective members and any visitors are welcome to attend two meetings per calendar year, paying the current meeting fee, before club membership is required.

Subscription fees:

Adults: £26.00 (£39 for a couple at the same address) Juniors (11-18 years): £20.00 pa. Members also pay £4.00 on demonstration evenings and £1.50 for Hands On evenings, junior members are free for both sessions. If you are interested in joining contact the Club Secretary - click here to email
